A $500 Compliance deposit is required.
Full rental day is from 8:00 am to 12:00 Midnight Does not apply to Friday after 6;00 pm.Long term Rates
Any single booking that involves more that 60 hours worth of rental in one calendar year will be entitled to a 25% discount.
Hourly rates for single bookings of over 60 hours:
Weekday small hall $15.75 All day $157.50
Weekday large hall $19.65 All day $196.50.
Weekday both halls $25.20 All day $252.00
Weekend all day $394.00
Note All day rentals are calculated as a 10 Hour booking
Payment for long term bookings is due on or before the last day of the month prior to the booking date
Compliance depot on all rentals $500.00
As of January 1st 2009 rates will increase by an average 5%Weekdays

Friday after 6:00 pm and Saturday plus Holidays-
Both halls $525.00 all day Saturday including Friday night after 9:00 pm (if available)
Full day rate is from 8:00 am to 12:00 Midnight. Weekend hourly rates are only available for booking during the one month prior to the rental date or in conjunction with an all day Saturday booking.
Small hall $31.00 per Hour
Large hall $42.00 per Hour
Both Halls $52.50 per Hour
Compliance depot on all rentals $500.00Loss of Compliance deposit.
Any damage, abnormal maintenance, or janitorial cost will be deducted from the compliance deposit plus an administrative fee.
The value of any committed bookings not paid for will be removed from the compliance deposit if the hall is unable to re book the time slots affected.
