1. The Fire Department states “The maximum number of persons for standing space only is 530 and 280 when seated.” This is the entire building. 2. The exact number for any event may be less and will depend on the arrangement of the furniture, dance floor, food service area, space occupied by entertainment providers, bar, etc. 3. User agrees to abide by all laws and bylaws of the Municipality and all other authorities having jurisdiction. 4. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the building. Smokers should either smoke in their cars or be a distance of 100 feet from the building. Failure to remove cigarette butts from the premises including the parking areas will be charged against the compliance deposit. Remember, the building is a wooden structure that is over 75 years old. 5. User must have a minimum of 2 million dollars public liability coverage. 6. A liquor permit must be obtained if the user wishes to set up a bar. 7. Bar must close at 11 p.m. Functions must end at 12 midnight. 8. Cleanup to be completed by 1 a.m. 9. User is expected to clean the hall, all furniture and appliances. 10. Hall users are asked to remove everything they bring to the Hall. 11. The Hall does NOT provide disposal service. 12. Dishes and cooking utensils are not provided. Please note: The hall has air conditioning — when air conditioning is needed please keep all exterior doors closed.
