2012 Rates

 

 The rental rates for 2012 for Murrayville Hall are $35 an hour, which includes the whole building.
• Every user pays a 2-hour minimum.
• Saturday users pay a 17-hour minimum ($595).
• Hours used will be based on the time between the arrival of the first person of the rental group and the departure of the last person.
• To allow for transition long term users (with existing discounts) would have a 20% discount off 2012 rates, 15% discount off 2013 rates, 10% discount off 2014 rates.
• Users to pay a $500 security deposit (may be waived for previous users).
HST/GST added.

 

2011 Rates

Weekdays - Sunday to Friday @ 6 pm

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

· Full rental day is from 8:00 am to 12:00   midnight.

· Does not apply to Friday after 6 pm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Weekend—Friday after 6 pm and Saturday plus  holidays:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

· Full day rate is from 8:00 am to 12:00   midnight.

· Weekend hourly rates are only available for booking during the one month prior to the rental date or in conjunction with an all day Saturday booking

Compliance Deposit & Loss of Compliance Deposit:

· Compliance deposit of $500 required for all rentals.

· Any damage, abnormal maintenance, or janitorial cost will be deducted from the compliance deposit.

· The value of any committed bookings not paid will be removed from the compliance deposit if the hall is unable to rebook the time slots affected.

HST must be added to all rentals.

Rental rates for the upcoming year are determined by July of the current year.
